Intermediary Institution

According to 50% of the commission actually paid, the talent introduction subsidy will be given to each talent with a maximum of 150,000 yuan and to each institution with a maximum of 1 million yuan.

Tertiary Institutes

Based on the actual cost (including salary and house purchasing subsidy), 50% percent of it will be counted as the subsidy. Each talent can have a maximum of 5 million yuan and each institute can have in one year a maximum of 20 million yuan.

When children of high-level talents enter (transfer) schools, the administrative department of education can arrange designated schools according to the actual situation of talents; if their parents or legal guardians have domicile residence in Suzhou, they shall be arranged to study in public schools in the district; if they have no domicile residence in Suzhou, they shall be arranged to study in public schools according to the number of students in that school.

（二）High School Stage

Children of high level talents will not be restricted by household registration when they are enrolled into the high school after the senior high school entrance examination of the city; they will be given priority in the same conditions; if they meet the policy for extra marks, they will enjoy the same treatment as those with the local household registration; a waiver of tuition fees will be enjoyed when they are enrolled.
