SIP Listed Companies’ Association was founded in SIP on Nov 5. The association, currently consisting of 34 listed companies, 43 companies planning to go public and 11 listing service organizations in SIP, aims to offer companies assistance in going public, facilitate exchange and cooperation between listed companies, and join efforts of its members to make great contributions to SIP’s economic development.
ORIZA Holdings, an investment and financing service company in SIP, serves as the chair of the association, while China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co Ltd, Chinese Consortium and several other listed companies serve as co-chairs.
According to the association, it will offer a system of services to give businesses in SIP a helping hand in financing, investment and other operations, and organize various events such as salon and training sessions to help unlisted companies enter into stock markets and support listed companies to achieve better development.
The “Jinshahu” Investment Service Alliance led by ORIZA Holdings was inaugurated concurrently. It will team up with the association to provide high-quality financing and investment services to businesses in SIP.
